Give the trial a clear question
A useful sample enquiry explains what you make and what you want to assess. Share your application—such as masterbatch, PVC, paint or adhesive—and tell us whether you are comparing an existing grade or evaluating a new formulation. Suitability must be confirmed in your own process.
Include these five details
- Application. Your product, resin or binder, and intended filler loading.
- Grade requirements. Coated or uncoated; your current grade if known.
- Particle-size target. Measured D50 and D98 or your existing technical sheet. Include the measurement method if available.
- Trial plan. The sample quantity you need and the properties you will compare against your current material.
- Delivery. Destination, required date and any packaging or documentation requirements.
“We produce [product] using [resin/binder]. We need [coated/uncoated] calcium carbonate with [particle-size targets]. We would like [quantity] for a trial in [destination] to assess [properties]. Please recommend a grade and send its TDS and available batch information.”
Before moving to production
Agree the acceptance criteria with your team, compare the sample in the intended formulation and confirm the final specification with Sepoz. Sample availability, quantity, delivery timing and any charges are confirmed with your enquiry.
