What you share with us
Sepid Poudre Zagros uses the name, email address and optional business, telephone and product details you enter to provide the requested brochure, respond to enquiries and discuss your requirements. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s private WordPress administration area and sent to the sales inbox. Authorised staff and the hosting and email providers used to operate the service may process them. Website records are scheduled for deletion after 12 months; correspondence retained in the sales mailbox may be kept to manage ongoing business or applicable record requirements.
Website functions
The enquiry form uses a short-lived essential security cookie and temporary request limits to reduce spam. Sepi’s text guide runs in your browser. If you enable speech, your browser or device’s speech service reads the guide’s prepared text; it does not request microphone access. Social links take you to external platforms with their own privacy terms. This theme includes no advertising or analytics trackers.
